Calgary Stampede - Code of Conduct

Welcome to the Calgary Stampede’s Code of Conduct online course. This course has been developed for the Volunteers and Employees who work together to make Stampede a world-class, year-round gathering place for the community. The Calgary Stampede family is an incredibly diverse group of people who work together to uphold our core values of Western Hospitality, Integrity, Pride of Place and Commitment to the Community. The Code of Conduct forms the foundation of the strong relationships we share here, enabling us to be truly Greatest Together.

The purpose of this online course is to provide an overview of the Calgary Stampede Code of Conduct, also known as “the Code.” A number of examples and scenarios will be presented to familiarize you with the various elements of the Code. These examples will allow you to practice applying the Code’s guidelines. All Volunteers and Employees must follow the Code and all its policies.
